We have three Annual Membership Levels.

All members receive the quarterly interesting and informative HSDC Bulletin, invitations to the Annual Dinner & Program, and the knowledge that your annual donation is assisting in preserving Decatur County’s local history for future generations.

Fill out the form and mail it back with your payment. Or visit the Museum to turn in your form and payment in person. We accept cash, checks, and can process your credit or debit card in person. You may also pay online via the button.
