What is special about Decatur County?
Decatur County is a wonderful place to call home! By being located in the great state of Indiana, we are part of the "Crossroads of America."
Probably the most well-known thing about Decatur County is the famous courthouse tree! The tree is a largetooth aspen and was first spotted growing out of the clock tower in 1870.
